Terms and Conditions

Orders
When you purchase a course on projectacademy.com, regardless of the payment method, you will shortly receive access to the selected online course. Once access to the course has been provided, the order becomes binding.

Cancellation
If you cancel your order before access credentials (username and password) have been issued, you are eligible for a full refund. After access has been granted, the full course fee is non-refundable and must be paid in full.

Course Access
You will have access to the purchased course for 12 months. The access period begins on the date the course is made available to you in the learning portal.

Invoicing
If you choose to pay by invoice, the invoice will be issued by email after your order has been received. Invoices are issued by Cimple Technology AS and are due within 10 days.
If payment is not received by the due date, reminders will be sent and late fees might apply.
If the invoice is to be issued to your employer or organization, please include the company registration number and any necessary details in the order form. Value Added Tax (VAT) will be applied when invoicing organizations, in accordance with local applicable regulations.

Intellectual Property Rights
All materials and content on projectacademy.com are the exclusive property of Cimple Technology ltd / projectacademy.com. You may not copy, distribute, or use any content for commercial or non-commercial purposes in a way that could harm Cimple Technology ltd / Projectacademy.com.
This includes, but is not limited to, sharing your login credentials (username and password) with others.

By accepting these terms when purchasing a course or submitting information through forms on projectacademy.com, you also agree that projectacademy.com may send you information via email.
