Free Pilot for Corporations

We understand that finding the right partner for project management training can be challenging. That’s why we offer a free pilot program, allowing you to test our training program at zero cost or obligation.

Target Audience

The pilot is designed for employees involved in projects—both beginners and experienced professionals. This includes project managers, project owners, line managers, support functions, and other project participants. No prior knowledge is required.

Content

The pilot consists of the following activities for a group of 10–25 employees within an organization:

  • Digital Kick-Off: 1 hour on Teams
  • E-learning Module:Project Management Essentials” 2–2.5 hours
  • Webinar: 2 hours on Teams

Instructor

Both the kick-off and the concluding webinar are led by a highly skilled and experienced instructor, pedagogue, and project manager with experience from project management training to many organizations around the world.

Evaluation

After the final webinar, we conduct a short evaluation among participants.

Cost

The pilot is offered completely free of charge.

The pilot provides participants with essential knowledge they can apply to increase the likelihood of success in their own projects. It also establishes a solid foundation for those looking to further develop their project management skills through additional courses and by gaining experience with new project challenges.

Estimated Duration

Participants will spend approximately 5 hours in total on the kick-off, e-learning module, and concluding webinar.

The pilot is typically completed over a period of 1–2 weeks.

Certificate of Completion

All participants who successfully complete the course will receive a certificate of completion, which also gives 12 PDUs for those with a PMI Certification.
