Team Leadership | 10 PDUs

Teams are expected to deliver results that support change, development, growth, or compliance. They often consist of people from different parts of the organization and may also include external partners or consultants. Teams work on unique, temporary tasks designed to create value for the organization. In this course, these temporary tasks are referred to as “projects.”

Projects do not succeed on their own – people create the results. To deliver on expectations for quality, time, and cost, the team must function well, have clear boundaries, and know exactly what is expected. This course gives you the knowledge you need to organize projects smartly and lead teams that actually deliver.

You learn how to build effective teams that work seamlessly with the line organization, how to assemble teams with the right competence, and how to define clear roles and responsibilities. You also gain insight into how to create structure, ownership, and progress in project work.
