This self-paced online course module is the first module in the Project Academy, and it will give you important insights that you can apply to increase the likelihood of succeeding in your own projects. The module also builds the foundation you will need if you wish to further develop your project management competence by continuing with the other modules in the Project Academy.

When you have completed the module and passed the exam, you will receive a Certificate of Completion, which is accredited by PMI for 12 PDUs and also Certified by DNV (DNV-ST-OOO8 Certified Learning Programme. The Certificate is stamped by PMI, DNV and the Project Academy.

Once you have registered by filling out the registration form, you will automatically get access to the online module. You will also receive an email with your username and password, additional information, and the ability to book a meeting if you have requested to do so in the registration form.
