Pilot Program

This is a unique opportunity to participate in a cost-free pilot of the Project Academy. Designed for groups of 8-25 project managers and project team members from all areas of the organization, the pilot provides a solid foundation in modern, practical project management tailored to the demands of a rapidly changing world.

The pilot consists of the following activities for a group within an organization:

  • Digital kick-off: 1 hour on Microsoft Teams
  • E-learning module:Project Management Essentials” 2–2.5 hours
  • Webinar: 2 hours on Microsoft Teams

Target Audience

The pilot is designed for employees involved in projects—both beginners and experienced professionals. This includes project managers, project owners, line managers, support functions, and other project participants. No prior knowledge is required.

Cost

The pilot is offered completely free of charge.

Trainer

Both the kick-off and the concluding webinar are led by a professional instructor with extensive experience delivering project management training to organizations worldwide.

Evaluation

In the end of the webinar, we carry out a brief participant evaluation.

Estimated Duration

Participants will spend about 5 hours in total on the kick-off session, e-learning module, and concluding webinar.

The pilot usually spans 1–2 weeks, allowing participants ample time to complete the e-learning.
